In case of an Individual who wants to improve his or her Leadership the starting point will be an Evaluation of Leadership Skills in order to determine an Individual Coaching Journey. Part of the Leadership Evaluation also a Personal Profile may be constructed based on Personality questionnaire.

In case of Team Coaching a Team Performance Profile will be evaluated in order to determine the content (consisting a selection of different Teamwork challenges) of a Team Coaching Journey.
