About PRORIS

Our Vision

PRORIS sees Project and Agile Management as a strategic competence of organisations now and in the future in which both the public and private sectors are expected to continuously meet rapidly changing customer and societal expectations.

A determining factor in this is an ever-increasing speed of complex changes in the world and in the environment of all organisations. Traditional business models are under pressure from emerging markets, a more critical consumer or threatened by technological innovations. Government organisations are forced to deliver more results with less budget and manpower, while non-profit organisations have to raise their profile to remain in the favour of donors. This puts a lot of pressure on organisations. Pressure to implement changes, often at a faster pace, and even to take a leading role in them. Whether small or large organisations or government, non-profit or commercial: they all have to deal with it.

Our Mission

PRORIS sees it as its mission to enable sustainable success at organisations. We do this by sustainably developing and enabling organisations and their professionals to excel in Agile and Project Management as their strategic competence. Leveraging Project and Agile Management as such we believe enables organisations to be more decisive in a rapidly changing world.

Our approach basically consists of strengthening an organisation’s 3 core competences that together lead to sustainable success. We call it the 3-core Competence Model©. For development of Agile Leaders and Project Leaders our approach is the learning method called Competence Based Learning Experience© (CBLE) with the motto: I do, I experience and I reflect. Central to this are the Professional (“know yourself”), the profession (“know your profession”) and the environment (“know your world”).

Our Values

Values that PRORIS pursues in its dealings with clients, employees and partners are:

  • Open in communication;
  • Fair in doing business with consideration for people and the environment;
  • Quality of service;
  • Cooperation to achieve results;
  • Focus on added value.
