The Agile or Project Team Performance Profile is a PRORIS instrument to evaluate the different characteristic of a team, it’s maturity or self-management stage, dynamics, cooperation within and outside the team and it’s performance. As part of the evaluation the individuals in the team will fill in a personality questionnaire in order to determine the personal profiles. The team evaluation will be based on validated tools that are part of PRORIS instrument for Team Performance Profile.

The outcome of the evaluation will be discussed with the Team. Based on the outcome you may choose to follow up with a selection of different Team Work Challenges as part of a dedicated Team Coaching Journey. You may also select a single Teamwork Challenge as follow up with a PRORIS Expert.
